PacifiCare
and
Kaiser
Permanente offer many wellness and care management programs to
members. Some of the programs available focus on diabetes, smoking cessation, controlling stress, weight management, fitness, heart health, depression, well baby care… just to name a few.
The VEBA trust is also partnering with districts and carriers
to assist in funding, designing, implementing and coordinating
customized wellness programs.
