The Healthy Living Challenge will be split into two separate
eight-week challenges, designed to help participants consider
wellness as
all-encompassing and to look at health from a holistic (or
whole) approach.
There are six dimensions to health: physical, emotional, social,
intellectual, spiritual and occupational. Each of these
challenges will include one week of pre-self-reflection, two
weeks for three of the dimensions, and the one week for
post-self-reflection. Both parts of the challenge will be
structured in the same way, but will each part will focus on
