Healthy Living Challenge

The Healthy Living Challenge will be split into two separate eight-week challenges, designed to help participants consider wellness as
all-encompassing and to look at health from a holistic (or whole) approach.
There are six dimensions to health: physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual and occupational. Each of these challenges will include one week of pre-self-reflection, two weeks for three of the dimensions, and the one week for post-self-reflection. Both parts of the challenge will be structured in the same way, but will each part will focus on three of the health dimensions. Click on the following links for wellness resources.
