California Schools VEBA is a joint labor-management trust that was established in 1993 as a collaboration between the County Office of Education, employee associations and district management to create a new way to purchase healthcare in San Diego County. Governed by a Board of Directors, labor and management work together to ensure VEBA provides quality, affordable health and well-being benefits to the members of the VEBA trust.
